Brittany is the Director of Operations at RISE with a decade of experience helping nonprofits go from small startups to organizations with infrastructure in place to create long-term success. Specializing in the people side of a business, Brittany uses that experience to build a team full of people who are passionate about RISE's mission to break generational cycles of incarceration and equipped to do their jobs well. Brittany manages HR, finances, and daily office operations at RISE.
